Armstrong FTV-2TS (NPT) Flo-Trex Valve – 2" NPT Threaded Straight (570200-218)
The Armstrong FTV-2TS (NPT) Flo-Trex valve (part number 570200-218) is a compact stainless steel Flo-Trex valve, 2" straight pattern with threaded NPT connections. A Flo-Trex valve is installed on the discharge side of a pump and combines three valves in one body: a non-slam check valve, a tight shut-off valve and a calibrated balancing (throttling) valve with metering ports for flow measurement. Replacing three separate fittings with one reduces equipment cost, installation labour and the space needed in the mechanical room.

- Bonnet, disc & stem: Brass C46500
- Spring: Stainless steel spring wire, ASTM A313 type 302 (18-8)
- Packing nut: Brass C46500
- O-rings: EPDM
- Metering ports (2): Brass C46500 P/T ports with caps, EPDM check and gaskets
- Drain ports (2): ¼" with stainless steel plug
- Thrust spacer: SST 416, annealed and smooth turned
- Handle: Reinforced nylon; ABS
- Gruvlock coupling (grooved models): Cast stainless steel type 316 (ASTM A743 CF8M) with SST bolts & nuts and EPDM gaskets
