    • Flo-Trex Flanged Straight & Angled 2.5"-12"

    Armstrong Flo-Trex Valves Straight and Angled, Flanged Sizes 2.5" – 12"

    Armstrong Flo-Trex valves with ANSI 125 or ANSI 250 flanges in straight and angled patterns from 2.5" to 12". A Flo-Trex valve is installed on the discharge side of a pump and combines three valves in one body: a non-slam check valve, a tight shut-off valve and a calibrated balancing (throttling) valve with metering ports for flow measurement. Replacing three separate fittings with one reduces equipment cost, installation labour and the space needed in the mechanical room.

    • Disc: Brass, ASTM B584 C84400
    • Seat guide: High strength engineered resin
    • Seat gasket & O-ring: EPDM
    • Stem: Stainless steel, ASTM A582 type 416
    • Spring: Stainless steel, ASTM A313 type 302
    • Bonnet O-ring: Buna (stem) elastomers
    • Metering ports (2): Brass body with EPDM check and gasketed cap
    • Drain tappings (2): ¼" NPT with brass plug
    • EPDM elastomers are not suitable for oil service.
    • Tolerance of ±0.125" (±3 mm) should be used. For exact installation data, request certified dimensions.
