    Armstrong Flo-Trex Valves

    Armstrong Flo-Trex valves (FTV) are multi-function pump fittings that reduce equipment and installation costs. A Flo-Trex valve is installed on the discharge side of a pump and combines three valves in one body: a non-slam check valve, a tight shut-off valve and a calibrated balancing (throttling) valve with metering ports for flow measurement. Replacing three separate fittings with one reduces equipment cost, installation labour and the space needed in the mechanical room.

    Which Flo-Trex valve do I need?

    • Straight or angle – a straight valve keeps the flow in line; an angle valve turns it 90° and replaces an elbow.
    • Threaded & grooved 1¼" – 2" – compact stainless steel valves, 300 psi.
    • Grooved 2.5" – 12" – ductile iron, grooved ends, with optional Armgrip™ flange adapters for ANSI 150 or ANSI 300 flanges.
    • Flanged 2.5" – 24" – ANSI 125 or ANSI 250 flanged connections.
    • Model FSA and FTST – threaded and threaded x flanged valves.
