Armstrong AX-260 Pre-Charged ASME Horizontal Expansion Tank – 158.0 gal (598.1 L)
The Armstrong AX-260 is a pre-charged ASME horizontal diaphragm expansion tank for closed hydronic heating and cooling systems. A heavy-duty butyl diaphragm separates the system water from a pre-charged air cushion, absorbing thermal expansion and keeping system pressure stable. Tank volume is 158.0 gal (598.1 L) with an acceptance volume of 128.0 gal (484.5 L), rated for a maximum working pressure of 125 psi (862 kPa).
